ERIC HARR is an Emmy-nominated TV host, newspaper and magazine columnist, nationally-syndicated radio host and the best-selling author of five books including The Portable Personal Trainer (Random House) and Triathlon Training in 4 Hours a Week (Rodale). His columns have appeared in magazines such as Shape, Outside and Men's Health and in major market newspapers in the U.S. and in 12 countries around the world. Through his social media properties, he reaches over six million people each month.

As a professional triathlete (ranked #6 in the world his first year with over 30 victories) and Ambassador for CARE, a leading global humanitarian organization, Eric has undertaken a quest to raise $1 million for CARE by breaking the 9-hour barrier at the 2010 Hawaii Ironman World Championships.
